If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund for online purchases. You can only exchange your in-store purchases at the store. The FINAL SALE ITEMS listed below are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
All Items must be returned unopened in their original packaging with all tags intact. Returned items found to be used, damaged, not in their original state, or not in resalable condition will not be processed. Item and its packaging should not be tampered with in any way (ex. No tearing, no bending, no untying, and no removing of any material included in the original packaging) for your return to be processed.
Items without proof of purchase will not be accepted for a refund or an exchange. Refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
Hera Beauty does not offer price adjustment for any product.

- Unsealed Items
- Cosmetics & tools (lipsticks, foundations, brushes, scissors, etc.)
Hera Beauty wants to ensure our customers the items they purchase are brand new. Above items are not eligible for a return due to hygienic issues.
Hair Tools with Warranty
Hair tool, such as irons and dryers, can be returned for an exchange within the warranted time if it’s a defect. Original cash register receipt is required to process the exchange.
Hera Beauty reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
Items purchased online must be returned by mail to our Service Centre within 14 calendar days upon the receipt date indicated on the delivery service tracking system. We will notify you by e-mail address associated with your account once your return has been processed.
You are responsible for the shipping and handling charges of your returns unless the wrong item was sent by mistake. In case you receive a wrong item, you have 7 calendar days upon receipt of your purchase to notify us.

Please package your return items in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. We advise you to choose a carrier that provides a tracking number.
Items returned outside the return timeframe may not be approved for a refund.
No return parcels will be accepted without prior confirmation of return acceptance. All such parcels will be returned back to the sender.
If the sub total amount is less than $70 after refund, free shipping is no longer applicable. The customer is still responsible for the handling fee(s).
Please note that you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. If you send items that are not approved for a refund to us, they will be returned back to you.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Within 14 days of purchase, we will EXCHANGE unused product in its original condition upon presentation of original cash register receipt for an item of equal value or higher.

* Exchange of an in-store purchase shall be done in person at any Hera Beauty Store (not accepted by mail).
* If initially defective, KISS or Nicka K brand’s hair dryer/iron will be exchanged for the same product within a year with its original receipt.
