We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

We accept returns for items purchased within 30 days* from the delivery date. (* see REFUND section)

If the return is due to an error on our part—such as incorrect, damaged, or defective items—we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

For all other return reasons that are not due to our responsibility, the return shipping cost will be at your expense.

Return dose apply to the items following due to hygienic reason.

• Wigs.
• Individual items containing blade without packing (Eyebrow razors, cuticle trimmers, etc.)
• All electrical items.

 Defected Electrical Items

Hair tool, such as irons and dryers, can be returned for an exchange within the warranted time if it’s a defect.

Please note that manufacturers may alter their ingredient lists or information on their packaging. The product packaging or product color may differ from what is displayed on the screen. Content on this site is for reference purposes only. 

Hera Beauté reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and intact in original packaging).

If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund accordingly.

If the returned item shows any signs of use, we will be unable to issue a refund. In this case, we will contact you with two options:

• Ship the item back to you at your expense.
• Offer a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.

Refund Method

Returns within 14 days: A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns between 15 and 30 days: A refund will be issued as credit, which can ONLY be used at www.herabeauty.ca.

Shipping Fee Deduction (For the returns that is NOT due to an error on our part)

If your return causes the total value of your remaining order to fall below $69.99, your original order will no longer qualify for free shipping. In this case, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you initially paid for shipping, please note that this fee was collected by Canada Post and is non-refundable. Therefore, it will be deducted from your final refund.

Before proceeding, please ensure that you have read and understood all the terms outlined above. By initiating a return request, you acknowledge and agree to all the conditions stated in our return policy.

For all returns, please login www.herabeauty.ca with your email address that you used to place the order,

click "Me" button on bottom(or account icon on top right for desktop), choose the order that you wish to return, then click “Create a request”, and then proceed as prompted.

Please do not forget to set the correct quantity for items that you wish to return. (If you have any questions during return, please contact us. ) 

When we approve your return request, an email with the instructions will be sent to you, please proceed the return as it indicates.

Any returns without an approved request will not be accepted.

Please note that the return acceptance doesn’t guarantee a refund.
