Q: What is the Hera Beauté Hairdresser Partner Program?
A: The Hera Beauté Hairdresser Partner Program is an exclusive commission-based rewards program designed for professional hairdressers. Once approved, you receive a personal QR code and link to share with your clients. Every time a linked client makes a purchase at Hera Beauté in store or online, you earn 5% commission recorded as store credit in your account.
Q: Who can apply to the program?
A: The program is open to all professional hairdressers operating a legitimate salon across Canada.
Q: I have never shopped at Hera Beauté as a member. What do I do first?
A: Please go to www.herabeauty.ca, sign in with an email, your account will then be created. Once your account is created, you can apply by emailing partners@herabeauty.ca with your first name, last name, phone number and email address corresponding to your account, or by visiting one of our stores and scanning the dedicated QR code available at the counter. An onboarding email will be sent to you once we receive your information.
Q: How do I apply?
A: There are two ways to apply:
Option 1 — By email: Send your first name, last name, phone number and email address corresponding to your Hera Beauté account to partners@herabeauty.ca. Our team will send you an onboarding email with everything you need to get started.
Option 2 — In store: Visit one of our Hera Beauté stores and scan the dedicated QR code available at the counter. Fill out the form with your first name, last name, phone number and email address corresponding to your Hera Beauté account. Our team will send you an onboarding email with everything you need to get started. Our employees are happy to assist if needed.
If you do not yet have a Hera Beauté account, please create one at herabeauty.ca before applying.
Q: What documents do I need to provide to apply?
A: To verify your identity and salon, please provide as many of the following as possible — the more you provide, the stronger your application:
Salon Address (required):
• Full address of your salon
Proof of Salon (any or all of the following):
• Business registration documents
• Salon lease or ownership agreement
• Photos or videos of your salon
Proof of Identity (any or all of the following):
• Passport
• Driver's licence
• Any government-issued ID
Q: How long does it take to get approved?
A: Our team will review your application and supporting documents as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been approved.
Q: Can my application be declined?
A: Yes. Hera Beauté reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.
----- QR Code & Client Linking -----
Q: How do I get my QR code?
A: Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with a link to your hairdresser portal at https://herabeauty.ca/pages/hairdresser-onboarding. There you will find your personal QR code and your unique hairdresser link.
Q: What happens when my client scans my QR code?
A: When your client scans your QR code or clicks your personal link, they will be asked to sign in to their Hera Beauté account. Once signed in, they will see a confirmation message to become a client of your account. Once they confirm, their profile is officially linked to yours.
Q: Does my client need a Hera Beauté account to be linked to me?
A: Yes. Your client will need a Hera Beauté account to complete the linking process. If they don't have one, they can create one at the time of scanning.
Q: Can a client be linked to more than one hairdresser?
A: No. Each client can only be linked to one hairdresser at a time. If a client confirms an invite from a different hairdresser, the new link will automatically replace the previous one.
Q: What happens if one of my clients links to another hairdresser?
A: If one of your clients scans another hairdresser's QR code and confirms, that client will be unlinked from your account and linked to the new hairdresser instead. You will no longer earn commission on their purchases.
Q: What if my client accidentally scans another hairdresser's QR code?
A: The link only changes if the client actively confirms the new invitation. If they cancel, their existing link remains unchanged.
----- Commission & Earnings -----
Q: How much commission do I earn?
A: You earn 5% commission on every eligible purchase made by your linked clients at Hera Beauté, both in store and online.
Q: Is there a minimum purchase amount for commission to apply?
A: No. There is no minimum purchase amount. Commission is calculated on every eligible purchase.
Q: Do I earn commission on gift card purchases?
A: No. Commission does not apply to gift card purchases.
Q: How is my commission paid out?
A: Your commission is paid out as store credit, added directly to your Hera Beauté account every trimester (every 3 months).
Q: Does my store credit expire?
A: No. Your store credit does not expire.
Q: Can I transfer my store credit or redeem it for cash?
A: Store credit holds no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. It can be used toward purchases at Hera Beauté.
----- Tracking Your Earnings -----
Q: How can I track my commission and store credit balance?
A: You can view your store credit balance directly in your Hera Beauté account. If you would like to receive a detailed commission statement by email every trimester, you can opt in to our newsletter on your hairdresser portal page at https://herabeauty.ca/pages/hairdresser-onboarding.
Q: What happens if I don't opt in to the newsletter?
A: Your store credit will still be added to your account every trimester regardless. However, you will not receive a detailed commission statement by email unless you opt in.
----- Annual Client List Reset -----
Q: What is the annual client list reset?
A: Every January 1st, all linked client lists are reset. This means your clients will need to re-scan your QR code or click your personal link each year to re-link to your account. Since the program launches on June 1, 2026, the first reset will take effect on December 31, 2027, giving you approximately 18 months for your first cycle.
Q: Will I lose my store credit balance at the reset?
A: No. Your accumulated store credit is never affected by the annual reset. Only the client links are reset.
Q: What happens to my commission if a client hasn't re-linked after the reset?
A: Once the reset takes effect, you will not earn commission on purchases made by clients who have not re-linked to your account. We recommend reminding your clients to re-scan your QR code before January 1st each year.
----- Transition From The Previous Program -----
Q: I was previously part of the hairdresser benefit program. What happens to my existing points?
A: Your existing points are completely safe and remain available in your account for you to use.
Q: When did the previous hairdresser benefit program end?
A: The previous hairdresser benefit program ended on May 24, 2026.
Q: Can I still earn points as a regular customer?
A: Yes. You can continue to earn loyalty points as a regular Hera Beauté customer. The new commission program runs alongside your regular customer account.
----- Account & Compliance -----
Q: Can my account be suspended or terminated?
A: Yes. Any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the creation of fake client accounts, manipulation of purchases, or misuse of the QR code system, will result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of any accumulated store credit.
Q: Can Hera Beauté change the terms of the program?
A: Yes. Hera Beauté reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this program, including commission rates, payout schedules, and any other program conditions, at any time. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
