System Upgrade Complete – Discover What’s New
1. Unified Membership – Online & In-Store
Your Hera Beauté membership is now fully unified.
You can use the same account to shop online at www.herabeauty.ca and at any of our 17 Hera Beauté retail locations. Your orders, rewards points, and account information are now seamlessly connected across all channels.
2. Updated Rewards Program
For Online Customers
We have updated our rewards earning and redemption system.
As part of this upgrade, all existing points have been adjusted to reflect the new structure. You may notice that your total number of points has decreased. Please rest assured — the actual discount value of your points remains exactly the same as before.
If you have any questions about your points balance, please feel free to contact us.
New Rewards Structure
Before the upgrade:

Earn 50 points for every $1 spent

10,000 points = $10 discount
After the upgrade:

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent

300 points = $6 discount
For In-Store Customers
Your in-store accumulated points have been successfully migrated to our new system. You may continue earning and redeeming your points as usual.
In our new system, your email address is now the primary account identifier.
If you previously provided only your phone number during checkout, we kindly ask you to provide your email address during your next visit. This ensures you can fully access and benefit from all upgraded services.
If you notice any discrepancies with your points, please contact us.
3. Store Inventory Lookup
You can now check product availability across all Hera Beauté locations directly on www.herabeauty.ca.
On any product page, simply click “Store Availability” to view stock information by location.
Please note that inventory information may occasionally vary. We recommend calling the store directly to double-check availability.
When contacting a store, you can provide the product SKU number for faster and more accurate assistance.
4. Account Login for In-Store Shopping
For in-store purchases, you can now log into your membership quickly by presenting your QR code for our staff to scan.
How to Access Your QR Code:

Open your mobile browser and go to www.herabeauty.ca

Click the Account icon (person icon)

If this is your first login, enter your email address and use the one-time verification code sent to your email (no password required)

In your account dashboard, click the Membership QR Code icon
Present this QR code at checkout for a faster and more accurate membership identification.
