Temporary Suspension of Points System

Dear Valued Customers,

Due to a system upgrade, our Points System is currently temporarily suspended. During this period, purchases will not earn points, and points redemption will be unavailable.

The upgrade is expected to take approximately one week. Once completed, the Points System will be restored and will operate under updated rules.

After the upgrade:

• The points earning rate will be aligned with all Hera Beauté physical stores.

• Most online-exclusive member benefits will continue to be available.

• Detailed information about the new points rules will be announced as soon as the upgrade is completed.

In addition, the upgrade will enable full integration of points between our online shop and physical stores. Customers will be able to earn and redeem points both online and in-store. Gift Cards will also be usable in our physical stores.
