Directions

1. In a non-metallic bowl, mix one level scoop of Quick Blue with 1.5 to 2 oz. of Oreor Creme Developer (20, 30, or 40 volume).
2. Mix until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
3. Apply to dry hair and monitor closely, checking every 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Do not exceed 50 minutes of processing time.
5. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and follow with a moisturizing shampoo.
