HOW TO USE:

Directions: For style sets/Curls: Use after shampooing with Taliah Waajid Protective Styles Thick & Full Shampoo. Part hair, apply Protective Styles Set & Shine Mousse to the section. Start at the ends and roll hair towards the scalp. Sit under the dryer until dry and style. For braid out/Twist out: Section the hair, apply Taliah Waajid Set & Shine Mousse to the section before twisting or braiding. Sit under the dryer until dry. Untwist/unbraid immediately for instant styling or leave in and untwist/unbraid later for a deeper style definition. For smooth braids and protective styles/Eliminate frizz: On Braids, apply Protective Styles Set & Shine Mousse into hands or directly on finished braid, loc, or twist style, etc. Use your hands to gently smooth the Set & Shine Mousse on and into the style while smoothing down frizz and fly-away hair. For longer-lasting styling, sit under a dryer for 10-20 minutes. Protective Style Set and Shine Mousse has a long-lasting hold that eliminates frizz and maintains your style. Use Protective Styles Braids & Edges and other products in the Taliah Waajid Protective Styles collection to keep your hair and scalp healthy and for long-lasting style. For smoothing free flowing hair styles: Apply a liberal amount of Taliah Waajid Protective Styles Set & Style Mousse into the palm of hands or apply directly onto finished style. Distribute evenly over style while molding the style. Sit under the dryer for 10-20 minutes or until Set & Shine Mousse sets into style. Comb or brush to create free-flowing style.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you decide to return, we’re here to help.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund for online purchases. You can only exchange your in-store purchases at the store. The FINAL SALE ITEMS listed below are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

All Items must be returned unopened in their original packaging with all tags intact. Returned items found to be used, damaged, not in their original state, or not in resalable condition will not be processed. Item and its packaging should not be tampered with in any way (ex. No tearing, no bending, no untying, and no removing of any material included in the original packaging) for your return to be processed.

Items without proof of purchase will not be accepted for a refund or an exchange. Refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

Hera Beauty does not offer price adjustment for any product.

Hair Tools with Warranty

Hair tool, such as irons and dryers, can be returned for an exchange within the warranted time if it’s a defect. Original cash register receipt is required to process the exchange.

Items purchased online must be returned by mail to our Service Centre within 14 calendar days upon the receipt date indicated on the delivery service tracking system. We will notify you by e-mail address associated with your account once your return has been processed.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling charges of your returns unless the wrong item was sent by mistake. In case you receive a wrong item, you have 7 calendar days upon receipt of your purchase to notify us.

Please package your return items in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. We advise you to choose a carrier that provides a tracking number.

Items returned outside the return timeframe may not be approved for a refund.

No return parcels will be accepted without prior confirmation of return acceptance. All such parcels will be returned back to the sender.

If the sub total amount is less than $70 after refund, free shipping is no longer applicable. The customer is still responsible for the handling fee(s).

* Exchange of an in-store purchase shall be done in person at any Hera Beauty Store (not accepted by mail).

* If initially defective, KISS or Nicka K brand’s hair dryer/iron will be exchanged for the same product within a year with its original receipt.
