A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been sent out.

The order processing time is usually 1-3 business days for items in stock. However, it might take up to a week depending on the time of the year.
Total price after taxes and shipping & handling charges is displayed during check-out. The total price will be charged in Canadian dollars.
If orders are placed separately, they are processed separately and are not combined for shipping automatically.
Over-sized orders are not qualified for free shipping (linear dimension greater than 2m or weight more than 30kg).
We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible within estimated delivery time. However, you may experience unexpected delivery delay due to uncontrollable events (natural disasters, severe weather, etc.). We are not responsible for such shipping delays.
Shipping restrictions may apply to certain items considered potentially harmful (ex. Flammable substances). You will be notified at check-out if your order contains any of restricted items.

If you want to modify or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately, requests made before 15:15 (Eastern Time) on the first working day after your order is placed can be fulfilled, otherwise, we won’t be able to make any changes.
Hera Beauté reserves the right to cancel any order identified as high risk of fraud, including those with incorrect billing information or other risk indicators flagged by our system. If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notification with the reason stated. If you realize that you entered incorrect billing details, please CONTACT US as soon as possible — we’ll help you cancel the order and place a new one with the correct information.
If any of the items in your order is out of stock and not being restocked soon, we will contact you by email with 2 options:
- we can remove and refund the item(s) and ship out the rest of your order;
- we can suggest alternatives and modify your order upon your consent.
Your order will be on hold until we have your response.
If your package is returned to us by Canada Post for “incomplete/ incorrect address” or “Not being picked up in Post Office for 14 days”, we will contact you with 2 options:
- We refund the order for you, with original shipping, return shipping fee deducted.
- We send you the invoice for the return and resending shipping fees, once the payment is done, we will resend it to you.
