These instructions will help you to use your lenses. These instructions do not give you all the necessary information You need for wearing contact lenses. It is very important to consult with your eye care practitioner, and follow their advice. Lenses are meant to be replaced monthly. When you exceed in wearing these lenses more than a month, the debris can be collected in your lenses, and this debris will cause discomfort to your eyes. By replacing the lenses monthly, you can always enjoy a fresh and comfortable wearing of contact lenses. Before using the lenses, always follow your eye care practitioner’s advice.

Insertion

1. Always wash and dry your hands before handling your contact lenses.

2. Remove the lens from the package.

3. Make it a habit of handling the right lens first which will prevent you from mixing up lenses.

4. Place the lens on your index finger.

5. Check that the lens is clean and the right side is up.

6. Hold your upper lid open with your left hand’s index and middle finger.

7. At the same time, hold your lower lid open with the middle finger of your right hand.

8. Looking straight at your eye in the mirror, slowly and gently place the lens on your eye.

9. Then carefully release your eyelids and blink.

10. You can gently massage your eye lid to center the lens.

Removal

1. Look up and hold lower lid down.

2. Pull the lens downward gently with your index finger and thumb.

3. Pinch the edge of the lens and remove it from your eye.

Disinfection

Before inserting the lens after removing it from the eye, always rinse the lens with Contact lenses solution suggested by your practitioner. After wearing your lenses, store them in a case filled with fresh contact lens solution. If you wear your lenses infrequently, change the contact lens solution in the case with fresh solution once a week.
