Ingredients

Directions

1. Mix 1 packet (1.1 oz) of powder lightener with 2 to 2.5 oz of Wella Colorcharm developer in a non-metal bowl until completely smooth.
2. Apply evenly to dry, unwashed hair using your preferred highlighting or lightening technique.
3. Process according to desired lift (up to 50 minutes max), checking frequently. Rinse thoroughly, shampoo, and condition.
