HOW TO USE

Brush eyebrows with the spoolie and shape to your desired arch. Define the top and bottom of your arches. Fill in eyebrows with short strokes that follow the natural direction of your hairs. Comb through eyebrows using the spoolie to soften any harsh lines for a natural, polished finish.
